Verizon Wireless will get its own Lumia 2520 tablet -- a day earlier than AT&T.
Verizon said Monday that its version of the Lumia 2520 would hit stores on Thursday. It will sell for $400 when purchased with a two-year contract, although Verizon said it was a limited-time offer. It will cost $500 sans contract.
Verizon will at least take advantage of the color options, offering both the black and red versions online, while the black is available in stores.
Verizon has been pushing to sell more connected tablets, which drives more data revenue. Consumers must pay $10 to add their tablet to a family data plan.
AT&T will sell a black Lumia 2520 on Friday.
