Following the release of its flagship Galaxy S3 phone last week, Samsung opened its first North American retail store in Metro Vancouver.

Though first announced back in May, the store officially opened its doors today in Burnaby, British Columbia.

It displays many of the company's latest products, including the Samsung Galaxy Note, the Galaxy S3, and the Galaxy Tab 7.7. Its notebooks and monitors are also featured.

According to Edmonton Journal, the standalone store measures about 1,507 square feet and judging by the video, it looks similar to an Apple store. The store is located in Metrotown Mall and includes a wall of LFD monitors for showcasing devices.
