Leaked document details Verizon's LG Lucid

Although the handset is rumored to just be a week or two away, a list of hardware specifications has already surfaced.

The LG Lucid is decidedly midrange by today's standards.

Verizon's next Android smartphone, the LG Lucid (formerly the Cayman) is the latest handset that we can get a sneak peek of over the Intertubes.

Though it's not expected until the middle of April, Droid Life, predicts that the Verizon smartphone will be a midrange Android 2.3 Gingerbread-powered unit.

Details include a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 8GB internal storage, a 1700mAh battery, 4G LTE connectivity, and support for Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), and GPS. The screen should be a 4-inch IPS display with an 800X480-pixel resolution.

Looking at some of Verizon's other 4G LTE handsets, I don't expect that the Lucid will be able to secure a $249-$299 price tag, as well. Instead, I'd be surprised if the carrier asks for much more than $99-$149 with a two-year service agreement.
