Pioneer doubles down on MixTrax for new car stereos

LAS VEGAS--At the 2012 SEMA Show, Pioneer announced all-new lines of CD and DVD/multimedia receivers. The changes for this new generation are sweeping, encompassing nearly every product Pioneer makes; subtle, consisting mostly of moderate upgrades; and significant.

Starting with the 6.1-inch AVH-X1500DVD ($300), MixTrax compatibility comes to Pioneer's line of DVD/multimedia receivers. The LG Trax is the latest HSDPA phone to cushion AT&T's lineup of high-speed devices. LG Trax coming to AT&T

AT&T and LG have just announced the LG Trax, a slim flip phone with HSDPA speeds. This allows it access to broadband services like AT&T Music and AT&T's Cellular Video service, plus it'll also support AT&T's new video-calling service called AT&T Video Share. Chevy makes Trax into the small car market

General Motors seems to be waking up to the idea that there might be something in this whole small-car thing. Unveiling three new minicar global concepts this morning at the 2007 New York International Auto Show, GM's design chief Bob Lutz disclosed the blindingly insightful revelation that "small cars can be cool, bold, stylish, and fun."
