Pinterest is adding pins to users' streams based on their pinning history, the company announced Tuesday.
The social media network realized that it can be hard for users to find pins they actually like, so it's hoping the new "related pins" feature bridges that gap.

The search engine announced Wednesday that it has partnered with Pinterest to bring photo pin boards to its image search function.

The European Union has been pushing for a universal cell phone charger for years, and on Thursday it took another step forward in this process.
The European Parliament's internal market and consumer protection committee unanimously voted on a legislative resolution to create a law requiring all companies to make the same type of charger. One of the reasons for this resolution is to cut down on e-waste.

Amazon.com, which earlier this week lost its bid to control the domain extension .amazon, has been handed a victory over another top-level domain: .pin.
The loser in this battle: social-networking site Pinterest, which, not surprisingly, didn't want Amazon controlling .pin.
