Chrysler introduces the 200 Super S by Mopar

Chrysler Group LLC announced that the Chrysler 200 Super S by Mopar will debut at the 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

The Mopar treatment offers a long list of exterior modifications, including a large chin spoiler, satin chrome fog light trim, satin chrome grille surround and mesh in the upper and lower grilles. Modifications to the body sides include new side sills, satin chrome belt molding, black chrome "200" badges, and gray or hyper black 18-inch S-alloy wheels.

Mopar app acts as electronic owners manual for Dodge vehicles

Dodge is launching a group of free apps for Android, iPhone, or BlackBerry smartphone platforms. Boasting a feature set similar to that of the Hyundai Equus' iPad app, the Mopar apps act as a digital owners' manual, as well as offering access to owner services.

After downloading the app for their smartphone platform of choice, users will be given access to all of the vehicle operation, warranty, and maintenance information that one would normally find in a paper manual, as well as video demonstrations of features. Ram becomes the first truck to offer live TV

The Ram 1500, the Ram 2500, and the Ram 3500 now offer live, mobile TV to consumers in Texas through San Diego-based FLO TV, the Chrysler Group announced at the Dallas Auto Show.

Chrysler Group is the first automaker in the United States to offer live, mobile TV to consumers. FLO TV will offer sports, breaking news, children's shows, prime-time sitcoms, reality TV, and daytime dramas.
