Although it lacks any extras, this utility quickly and effectively located and deleted junk files.

We have to say, we were turned off by HLP Free PC Cleaner's pink, floral motif, but the user interface proved easy to navigate. Simple radio buttons let you select files, while a drop-down menu lists the disk drives you want to include in the scan.
