Open Hexagon is a polygonal endurance run that draws heavy inspiration from Terry Cavanagh's Hexagon. Much like its former Web app game, Open Hexagon challenges players in a collapsing environment of walls that cave in. Your goal is to keep a dinky little triangle alive by orbiting around the core while dodging walls and crushing barriers. The game's overall design is a simple pixelated collection of lines and shapes, with some added chiptune tracks to appease the eardrums of our inner geek.

After only 15 minutes of play, I'm already disoriented and feeling queasy but I'm going back in; Hexagon is both dizzying and addicting.

Developed by Terry Cavanagh (known for VVVVVV), Hexagon throws you in an orbital endurance run where you must guide a triangle around a (you guessed it) hexagon and dodge collapsing obstacles. Sounds simple, right? Try surviving for even 20 seconds on your first couple of tries.

Twitter strikes two media partnerships, expanding TV presence

Twitter today announced partnerships with Mass Relevance and Crimson Hexagon, two companies that help TV outlets sift through the more than 250 million tweets made each day as they try to find comments relevant to their programing. With more 100 million people using Twitter, networks and brands are eager to get their "follow."

Study: Kindle tweets outpace Nook tweets 2 to 1

Both Amazon and Barnes & Noble don't report sales figures for their respective e-readers, the Nook and Kindle. Check that mate with Spb online mobile game suite

I've been having a lot of fun playing checkers with my distant friend via MSN Messenger lately, and thought it would be cool if we could do that during the commute.

Well, wouldn't you know it? Spb Software, a maker of Windows Mobile applications, announced on Wednesday the release of its Spb Online Games, a separate suite consisting of four online games.
