Magellan RoadMate 3065 gets a jump on traffic

The RoadMate 3065 Commuter is the flagship model of Magellan's 2010 line of GPS navigators. With its RDS traffic receiver with free lifetime traffic updates and Bluetooth hands-free speakerphone, it's already one of the most fully featured units in Magellan's current lineup.

However, the 3065 truly distinguishes itself from the rest of the line--and from any other GPS device we've tested--with its Traffic Wakeup feature. Once set, the RoadMate 3065 will attempt to capture a more complete snapshot of the traffic on your morning and afternoon commutes by booting itself ahead of time to download its … Read more

HP's 30-inch green machine

Unfortunately, the LP3065 also inherits the 30-inch monitor trend of only including a brightness setting as the sole video adjustment option. Check … Read more

HP LP3065: 30 inches of pure silicon, with a carrying handle

Finally, a 30-incher has come back to C...NET. Yes, I'm a "Rock" fan and yes that is a loooong throwback to a bygone era, but it seemed appropriate.

Last week we got in the HP LP3065 30-incher. Now I know it's been out for a while, but I've gotten a few recent requests to review it. After the Samsung 305T, the Gateway XHD3000 and the Dell UltraSharp 3008WFP it's one of the only 30-inchers I haven't reviewed.
