Although we saw the Lincoln MKS at its debut at the 2007 Los Angeles auto show, and again at the 2008 Detroit show, we got our first chance to get up close and personal with the navigation system during the 2008 New York auto show. Lincoln's new, big luxury cruiser not only includes Ford Sync, the system that lets you voice command your phone and MP3 player, it also has Sirius Travel Link, which gives useful information such as traffic, gas prices, weather, and movie listings.
At long last, a promise made in the 1950s is kept: we now have a flying car. Well, sort of. Milner Motors showed off a non-flying but driveable prototype of its AirCar at the 2008 New York auto show. As a plane, the AirCar has a 28-foot wingspan and can cruise at 200 mph for 1,000 miles. It is pushed by two rear-facing ducted fans powered by two rotary engines. A good example of this was the launch of the new Ford Fiesta … Read more

At any auto show there is a world of exclusivity that lives just beyond the velvet ropes. Brian Cooley tries to keep his chin off the floor as he checks out the new supercars being unveiled at this year's Geneva auto show.
Positioned in tandem like in a jet fighter, two people can actually ride in this tilting electric-powered, motorcycle-like car. But they'd better like each other.
