Once you get hooked on Wii Sports or Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, you'll probably spend as much on AAs as you spent on the system itself before you even notice. The "Dream Machine" is a "personal simulation system powered by the computer game player's own body," according to Australian Simulation Control Systems. I can see how the concept for the 'Halo suit' came about. A guy with some tinkering skills and an affinity for all things Xbox was watching pessimistic reports of the latest worldwide conflicts on TV. Normally, just adding new colors to a product isn't necessarily reason to get excited (unless you're Bono or Oprah). But given all the attention--and bidding--around the recent red and white Playstation 3 mod cases, we thought it might be worth mentioning that Sony is planning to release a champagne-colored PSP next month in Japan, according to Newlaunches. Sony has always been open to new colors for the PSP and, perhaps because of the success of custom cases on eBay, it'll get the message and take a paint brush to the PS3s as well.

We're not gaming addicts by any stretch, but we're often infatuated with stuff made by Razer because it always manages to look sleek and menacing at the same time. Just a reminder that Blizzard Entertainment will be releasing "World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade" on January 16 in North America and Europe. The expansion pack for WoW will be available for about $40, with a special collector's edition for $70. Auctions of the collector's editions on eBay have already began to solicit bids of up to $200 at last look.
