Illustrator 7 printing problems: a follow-up

a. Jeff Montgomery noted that the Release Notes for Illustrator 7 "indicate that separations, at least, are not possible with a Level 1 interpreter."
b. Contrary to another reader's suggestion, James Magee claimed to have the printing problem even on Level 2 Postscript devices.
Problem copying/saving text on a web page?
An align="left" tag in the first table tag can prevent the copy text from working. Remove the tag and it should work fine. However, the problem seems to occur only with Netscape, not with Explorer.
Deleting Multi-resolutions preferences: a follow-up
The trick is to use ResEdit. Open the Control Strip Preferences file. Then open the "pref" resource. Here you will see a list of the preferences for each module that has any preferences. You can then cut the preferences just for the module you wish.
