"I have more information on the problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer: it happens only when you are using Scherzo and have the 'Scroll Bars have Double Arrows' option turned on, and it is triggered by the Download Manager window (and possibly the Favorites window as well). The problem occurs because of the strange and non-standard way that Explorer draws its scroll bars in these windows.
