Wireless carrier T-Mobile expanded its prepaid offerings today with the nationwide launch of GoSmart Mobile, a budget wireless service targeting consumers interested in low-cost unlimited plans.

The service, which has been in beta mode in nine markets since December, is geared toward consumers more interested in voice and text services than high-speed Internet access. Eric Kessler, HBO's chief operating officer, announced the news at an All Things D conference today, saying that HBO is adding the feature as part of an update to its iOS app today, according to All Things D.

The companies announced the deal today. In a statement, Go Daddy said that its M.dot acquisition bolsters its "mobile first" strategy, which aims at connecting its 11 million customers with services across smartphones and tablets.
