The 404 163: Where Wilson eats scorpions, bears, and sharks, oh my!

On today's show: The honorable Clayton Morris joins us for a hilarious high energy show. We recap our Fox News appearance that never came to be, answer the questions you're too afraid to ask your Doctor, relive this decade's greatest meeting of the minds, and quiver in fear over Boeing's newest air-to-ground laser turret.

Clayton Morris, ladies and gentlemen! That's right, The 404's all-time favorite guest steps into the studio this morning and helps us out of our Olympic rut. That's right, you'll be happy to hear that there's absolutely no … Read more

Boxers for those who love their iPods too much

We know people love their iPods and want them as close as possible at all times, as part of their personal wardrobe. For that reason, even the iPod mini-skirt didn't come as a complete surprise.

But boxer shorts?

The " iBoxers" have a special pocket that's designed to hold a media player or mobile phone (no jokes, please), according to Chip Chick, available for both women and men in an array of patterns and colors. There's obviously only one reason to buy them: So that, if anyone asks if that's an iPod in your pocket, … Read more

Do tech support in your underwear with SupportSpace

SupportSpace is a new tech-support network. It certifies independent tech experts and connects them with people in need. I'm unclear how this certification and rating works, but I imagine it's based partly on feedback from users. The company provides call connection, desktop-sharing services, and other utilities to its contractors.

Antispying undergarments

Modesty apparently has no place in the digital age. It's one thing for airport security to consider using technology that can see through clothes, but some tech-savvy voyeurs are cobbling together DIY infra-red scanners for less-than-noble uses. For every offense, however, there is economic opportunity.

The "Shot Guard" line of undergarments, for instance, is designed to "make photography difficult," according to American Inventor Spot. The defensive clothing is being marketed in Japan, where the peeping problem is apparently concentrated. (Why are we not surprised?)

It's unclear how this foundation-wear blocks prying beams, but Shiny … Read more

If you're proud to be a geek, inside and out

Anyone can wear their geekdom on their sleeve or, in some cases, around the neck. How much guts, after all, does it take to wear a blue tie?

But keyboard boxers--now we're talking serious Nerdville. There's really not a whole lot to say about this embarrassing undergarment, other than the fact that it's been marked down twice from the original $20.50 price. (We were shocked to find that they weren't sold out, much less discounted.)

Uber-Review points out what we find most amusing of all, that the gray keys spell out "computer geek.&… Read more
