Similar to probably a hundred other games in the Android Market, Marble Blast requires you to shoot monochromatic bubbles at other monochromatic bubbles. Create a cluster of three or more, and all of them pop and disappear. The object, of course, is to clear your screen of all of them.
What makes Marble Blast unique, however, is that the bubbles, or marbles, actually travel around your screen in a single-file line. They aren't stationary targets anchored to the top of your screen as they are in other bubble-based games like Bubble Blast 2. Your job in Marble Blast is … Read more
Arcade Hoops Basketball mimics the arcade quickshot basketball machines you might find at a pizza place or a fair, but with this app it's all about swiping your shots to the basket. Once you start the game, your job is to swipe upwards toward the basket and sink as many shots as you can in 45 seconds. The power of your shot is affected by how much you swipe so it takes a little bit of practice before you'll be hitting shots consistently.
Arcade Hoops Basketball comes with three game modes. The classic 45 second contest mentioned above, … Read more

Zombie Dash is a fun and surprisingly addictive game that adds hordes of undead enemies to the typical side-scrolling escape/survival genre.
The object of Zombie Dash is to run as far as you can without falling into a chasm or getting hit three times. Your character and the screen automatically do the running, while your job is to shoot your away through zombie attackers, jump over chasms, and avoid other dangerous obstacles in your path. With the jump button on the left of the screen, and the shoot button on the right, this game is about as simple as … Read more
When it comes to taking photos and videos, an increasing number of consumers are reaching into their pocket instead of a camera bag, a new study suggests.
According to new research by the NPD group, smartphones hit a major milestone this year, accounting for 27 percent of photos taken in its Imaging Confluence Study. That's up from the 17 percent that gadget class garnered at the same time last year.
What made room for that growth was a decrease in the number of photos taken by standalone cameras, the firm said. This year, those devices came in at 44 … Read more
In Defender for Android you must have fast fingers and a sound defensive strategy to protect your medieval castle from monster attackers. Luckily, you have a pretty sweet bow (with unlimited arrows) and a pocket full of magical spells to help you in your efforts.
As monsters charge your castle walls, tap and hold your finger on them to shoot your bow. For larger waves of targets, you can also drag your finger across the screen to get that machine-gun-spray effect. And when you find yourself being overrun by a particularly feisty pack of monsters, just drag one of your … Read more

But what brings Asteroids Gunner squarely into the present day are several improvements that will keep you coming back for more. For starters, Asteroids Gunner uses a dual-stick control method with the … Read more
