Celebs shed baggage to cure diabetes

It's always nice to see celebrities lending their names--and luggage designs--to a good cause. Yep, Morgan Freeman, Kelly Ripa, Leah Remini and Jim Belushi as suitcase designers. Who knew?

Briggs & Riley Travelware has joined forces with those and other entertainers to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation via an online auction. The stars, 20 in all, have added their personal touch to 22-inch upright Briggs & Riley carry-on bags, which will be up for the bidding on eBay starting June 14. Change.org: Way better than an online petition

Earlier this week, Caroline took a look at VentBox, a place for people to get things off their chest. The limitation with sites like that is that they don't often solve your problems, which is where Change.org attempts to fill the gap. Change.org is designed to allow people to discuss and collaborate to make a change in a wide variety of fields. You also can vent all you want by starting your own change. It's grassroots, but on a global level.
