Photos: Solar business heats up the Golden State

Solar Power International, taking place Monday through Thursday in San Diego this year, is organized by industry groups Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA) and the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). Five years ago, when the event first started, there were 1,100 attendees. This year, they expect 20,000, a sign that the industry is maturing and growing rapidly.
