Photos: Pushing cars from pump to plug

In addition to working with eTec, V2Green on Wednesday announced a partnership with Coulomb to develop "smart" charging infrastructure for plug-in vehicles. V2Green combines hardware with software to regulate and report electricity usage to users. The Seattle start-up's executive team includes Microsoft veterans. Xcel Energy, Austin Energy, and Seattle City Light are among the utilities testing V2Green's technology.
