Apple Store on West 14th St. in New York City

While hundreds of people stood in line at the two Apple stores uptown to buy their iPad Minis on Friday, there was no one at the Apple Store on West 14th St. in Manhattan. The store still had sandbags in front of its doors, a sad reminder of the devastation from Hurricane Sandy, which hit New York's shores Monday evening.
