Conveyor belts everywhere
Worldport is perhaps the most advanced facility of its kind anywhere on Earth, handling hundreds of thousands of packages each night. It is busiest after 11 p.m., when cargo planes start arriving from all over the world.
The packages are routed from their arrival planes to the planes that will take them to the regional distribution centers close to their destination via an monumental infrastructure of conveyor belts that are located everywhere throughout the building, moving in every direction and never stopping.
