Photos: A visit to the Corvette factory

One by one, the Corvettes emerge from the production line. At this point, a GM employee gets in the car and starts it up for the very first time. He or she then drives it away to a nearby location where it goes through some final diagnostic tests to make sure it is ready to be shipped to the new owner.
