Here is first stage of the Saturn V, called S-1C, as seen inside the Davidson Center for Space Exploration. The first stage featured five F-1 engines, each of which could produce 1.5 million pounds of thrust. Unfueled, it weighed 294,000 pounds, stood 138 feet high, and was 33 feet in diameter.
