Firing Room 4 is the main shuttle firing room at Kennedy Space Center. It has been updated with modern detailing and furniture, and it is where the launch director would sit during a shuttle launch.

This room is only used for shuttle launches. Firing room 1 is currently being renovated for the first test launch of the Ares 1X rocket, which is the test rocket for the Constellation, and which is expected to launch next April. (Click here to see part two of Daniel's KSC gallery.)
