And here's a bonus for those who slipped away from the runways and concession stands: a mockup of a planned pilotless bomber called the Skat. (The image is taken from the Russian NTV channel.) The Russian stealth aircraft would be yet another entrant in the ascendant realm of unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs.

It bears something of a resemblance to the Neuron UAV being built by a group of European companies, including Alenia Aeronautica, Dassault Aviation and Saab. But then, so do most of these drones, like Northrop Grumman's X-47.
