Images: Mysterious hexagon spotted on Saturn

What makes the shape appear even stranger is the aurora (blue) that appeared to circle the hexagon.

Earth has a polar vortex with winds blowing in a circular pattern around the polar regions. But Saturn has a hexagon which is nearly 15,000 miles across, roughly the size of four Earths.
