A throttle in the right hand controls liftoff, activating two rocket nozzles from a central generator.

Controls in the left hand operate so-called jetavators that balance the action of moving around and sustaining flight. The system lets the rocketeer move forward and backward, up and down, and sideways, as well as hover like a hummingbird. A very loud hummingbird.
