Photos: Academy of Sciences rebirth

A longtime favorite at the Academy of Sciences prior to it being closed for renovations was its Swamp. It has been rebuilt but put in the same place in the museum, and now features an albino alligator. The Swamp was famous to many Bay Area children over the years for its alligators.
