Photos: Where the menu is an appetizer

This fruit platter is supposed to look like macaroni and cheese. The rigatoni is made of lychee fruit. You're also looking at white chocolate; triple cream, sweet French cheese; a rice chip; and a ragout of beets, blueberries and mint. Moto has also served mac and cheese in which the macaroni is made of cheese and the cheese is made of macaroni.
