When your gadgets are fully charged, and you've worked up a hunger, you can even use the sun to cook dinner. Sun Ovens International says that its solar oven, which is listed at $259, can crank up to temperatures of 360 to 400 degrees and is used by everyone from ice fishermen in Minnesota to desert dwellers in Kuwait.
