Photos: Realtors turn green

The vintage home Heather Stephenson bought may not look green, but it will be. The San Franciscan is working with "organic architect" Eric Corey Freed to add solar panels, a rainwater system for the garden, and other eco-friendly features. Chris Bartle of Green Key Real Estate referred Stephenson to Freed and helped her envision the house's potential.
