SolCool's Millennia version 4 air conditioner, set to be available in mid-April, can run entirely off a relatively small set of solar panels or from a regular power outlet. It also can run on batteries. The company sells it as an energy-efficient system. The unit is 4 feet high with a battery, and 2 feet by 2 feet at the base.
