These tanks near the house store hydrogen for rainy days.

Excess energy that is captured by solar panels powers an electrolyzer, which splits water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen. The oxygen is released back into the atmosphere, and the hydrogen is stored in these tanks for use on days with little sunlight.
