Ford is releasing a limited-edition 2008 Mustang Bullitt at the auto show in honor of the 40th anniversary of the movie, Bullitt. (Click here for related gallery.)
As you probably know, this is the movie in which Steve McQueen himself drove a 1968 Ford Mustang GT through the streets of San Francisco. The sequence has now become one of the most famous chase scenes in cinematic history.
The beast of a car released by Ford in honor of Bullitt's anniversary will have a 4.6-liter V8 engine that makes 315 horsepower. But get your order in soon; they're only making 7,700 of them.
