San Francisco Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum, the winner of the 2008 National League Cy Young award, was chosen to be the cover athlete for Major League Baseball 2K9, 2K Sports' baseball video game. Lincecum on Tuesday visited 2K's motion capture facility in Novato, Calif., to have dozens of his pitching and hitting motions filmed for use in the game.
Here, Lincecum, nicknamed "the Freak" for his unusual pitch, does some calibration exercises wearing a motion capture suit.
