Bogota's CIREC (Integrated Rehabilitation Center of Colombia) is a nonprofit that offers a variety of services to the disabled, many of whom have lost limbs from land mines during years of civil war in Colombia. With backing from Microsoft, one of the most important services is its computer lab, which is used for job training. Asked what he was doing online, however, the participant in the foreground joked that he was looking for a date.
