Photos: Pinball wizard offers look at machines' innards

The Lucky Ju Ju gallery, which boasts a collection of more than 200 machines (not all on display) is a center of the convergence of art and science. As a multimedia artist, Schiess uses science and technology to create dynamic exhibits that are both fun and educational.

Schiess is also a museum technician for the Exploratorium science museum in San Francisco and the Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland, Calif.
