Photos: Sony's OLED TVs gain star status

Sony's ultrathin OLED (organic light-emitting diode) TV at the D6 technology and media conference in Carlsbad, Calif. The television is less than the thickness of a credit card and will be on the market within 12 months, though it's expected to cost a fortune.
