The company has been offering the service on some Sprint and Boost Mobile phones for more than a year. The service on Sprint costs $2.99 a month. Now some Verizon customers will be able to use the service, which will be available on 20 of Verizon's data-enabled phones and will cost $3.99 a month.
CNET News.com's Marguerite Reardon has more details on the Loopt service here.
