More than two-thirds of Vietnamese people are younger than 30. In the biggest cities and smallest towns, pay-per-minute storefront Internet shops like this one are packed with young boys playing games. The government requires that games developed in Vietnam get more boring after five hours of play, encouraging children to focus on other activities.
