On display Sunday at the two-day Maker Faire Austin in the Texas capital were amplified inflatable speakers. The speakers, created by FloatingSounds.com, actually produce quality sound.

The Maker Faire, which left California for the first time to come to Austin, is an alternative/do-it-yourself/techie/nutty professor kind of event.
