Photos: Nikon develops a full-frame SLR

The D3's two UDMA (ultra direct memory access)-compatible CF memory card slots enable users to have an instant backup. With memory card makers like SanDisk offering 8-gigabyte CompactFlash cards with write speeds of about 10MB per second, Nikon's two card slots give you the potential for 16GB of storage that can keep up with the highest-resolution shots.
