3. 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 5A)
Editors' rating: 8.1
The good: The 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP is a great-looking car with blistering performance and a very useable, bass-heavy audio system.
The bad: Storage space in the Solstice's cabin is almost nonexistent, while its ham-fisted manual roof mechanism is a pain to operate.
The bottom line: The 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP looks--and drives--like a sports car. With its whirlwind turbocharged engine, great handling and gorgeous looks, this mini-Vette is an ideal weekend getaway car--if you don't bring any luggage.
