At its JavaOne conference Tuesday, Sun Microsystems made a pitch for its JavaFX Mobile software as a key tool for delivering rich Internet access via cell phone. Prebuilt "binary" technology for systems using the software will make life simpler for licensees, said Rich Green, Sun's executive vice president of software (seen here on stage), because they'll no longer "have to spend time mucking with source code."
