The Nokia 1208 targets first-time cell phone buyers across the world with an acknowledgment that in many places, one cell phone is shared by numerous people. Thus the phone includes five phone books and call-time tracking. There can also be pre-set time limits set on calls. It also includes a flashlight and a seamless keyboard to protect from dust. The 1208 will sell for about $50 before subsidies, starting in the third quarter.
