Behold a $1,500 luminescent dress that could be ideal for Burning Man revelers with extra cash and a flare for nightwear. Artist and designer Laura Cesari made the dress with electric luminescent wire (or EL wire) to light up in the dark. The wire is sewn into the elastic of the dress and connected to a battery and driver. "You don't look like a beer sign; this is handmade art," said Cesari at ETech's Make Fest.
