Canon PIXMA iP1800 Photo Printer for about $50 is certified for Windows Vista and also has a PictBridge port for connecting cameras directly to the printer without the need for a computer.

The iP1800 prints wallet-size photos, in addition to 4x6-, 5x7- and 8.5x11-inch prints. It can also be used as a regular printer for documents or presentations in addition to photos. The iP1800 will take Canon-specific ink cartridges; the black ink Canon cartridge will sell for about $16 and the tri-color ink cartridge for $20. Canon claims a printing speed of about 70 seconds per photo-quality 4x6-inch print.
