Syntax-Brillian's 65-inch LCOS rear-projection TV makes a cameo appearance at the DisplaySearch conference, though it won't be for sale until late 2006 or early 2007. LCoS, or liquid crystal on silicon, is a microdisplay technology that uses reflection off liquid crystals to create an image in rear- and front-projection displays. Syntax-Brillian has not yet announced pricing on this model.
