The BlackBerry Pearl in white was released by Research In Motion and T-Mobile on Sunday. The phone, identical in features and function to the original black version, is priced at $350, or $150 with various T-Mobile contract discounts.
Features on both versions of the BlackBerry Pearl include a color display; a QWERTY-based SureType keyboard; a media player for AAC and MP3 music files, as well as and MPEG-4 video; a 1.3-megapixel camera; Bluetooth connectivity; and a MicroSD card expansion slot.
