Among the many companies touting newly released and upcoming products at the CTIA Wireless 2006 trade show in Las Vegas this week, Samsung Electronics unveiled the t509, an ultra-thin phone designed to compete with Motorola's Razr. The t509 is 9.8 millimeters thick. (The Razr is a clamshell, while its Motorola cousin, the Slvr, is 11.5mm thick.) This Samsung phone includes a color screen for playing videos and an external-memory slot, along with a camera.
